Sometimes the less movement you do throughout the day, the more tired you can end up being when the day is over.

Think about how you would want to wake up, what goals you’d want to achieve, what the weather is like, who you talk to that day etc. Be brave and dare to paint a picture of your ideal scenario.

Maybe you want to make a major change in your life but don’t know where to start. When you visualize your day at its best, you can discover a good place to start creating your soul-cleansing ritual.
